2. Complete and print this required order & consent form:

3. Wash and dry your wetsuit trousers (brand new or used)—there is no need to send the jacket.
4. Package your trousers with the completed form and send them to us:

Fitting Details
• We include and install a universal Salvimar "one size fits all" pissette.
• Placement is centered 15cm from the crotch unless you clearly mark an alternative spot with an 'X' using a Sharpie.
• We use premium professional-grade neoprene glue to guarantee a strong, watertight join.
We endeavor to fit your pissette and return it via tracked post (signed for via Evri or Royal Mail) within 5 working days (UK mainland only).
